Triple Play Daily Challenge is designed to focus on building movement skills and positive attitudes toward physical exercise. This program gives youth the opportunity to be physically active during Club time. Triple Play Social Recreation builds social-emotional skills in the gamesroom and beyond. In six thematic units, activities help young people develop healthy relationships with themselves and others, emotional regulation skills, and responsible decision-making skills.
Designed to teach Club members about the importance of developing healthy habits, making positive behavior changes, and building skills to make choices for a balanced lifestyle.
Teaches easy-to-follow recipes that are both nutritious and delicious, building essential cooking skills. During the summer months, our Club offers garden beds where youth can learn about cultivating different ingredients that they can use in our cooking program or bring home to their families.
Builds the foundational social-emotional and health skills that enable youth to make healthy decisions. This program is broken up into three parts: SMART Moves: Emotional Wellness, SMART Moves: Core, and SMART Moves: Modules.
Designed for girls to encourage self-esteem, develop healthy relationships of all kinds, and address physical, emotional, and social aspects of a girl's life. Broken up into three age groups, the program ensures girls get the right information and the right support, at the right time.
Promotes and teaches responsibility while reinforcing positive behavior. Each participant receives a “passport” to underscore the notion that he is on a personal journey of maturation and growth. Each of the program’s sessions are interactive activities to focus on a specific aspect of character and manhood.
